Fast Bowling Masterclass

Our Fast Bowling Masterclass is a focused two-hour session designed to help fast bowlers develop strong foundations to bowl faster, straighter and reduce injury risk.

Led by ECA Coach Craig Yelverton, this session includes:

• Physical preparation and warming up to bowl fast

• Find out how fast you bowl using our speed gun

• Video analysis of your fast bowling technique

• Understanding the technical and physical skills required to bowl faster

• Developing rhythm, momentum and alignment through the action

• Developing control, accuracy and consistency

• Identifying individual areas for development

Players will leave the session with a clearer understanding of their own bowling action and the key areas and drills to work on throughout the winter.
